Situated on the top floor of a residential building with 14 units, the Taipei Penthouse exemplifies discreet luxury and exceptional design from Sydney-based interior design studio Lawless & Meyerson.

The space features clean lines that define the areas both vertically and horizontally, while contemporary furnishings create a natural, organic atmosphere. The apartment includes four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet, along with a guest bathroom, an impressive entrance hall, and two kitchens — one for entertaining and one for daily use.

A consistent beige and black colour palette flows throughout the apartment, featuring various textures and finishes while maintaining strong chromatic harmony. Lime-treated oak and lustrous stucco walls are used throughout, while the bathrooms are finished in elegant limestone, equipped with CEA taps and fittings in a Black Diamond finish. Attention to detail in customized design solutions fosters a refined, minimal, and harmonious environment throughout the home.
