Multi-residential

262 FIFTH AVENUE

A new dimension of luxury. An oasis in the sky.

United States - New York City

In the vibrant NoMad neighbourhood on Fifth Avenue, a new 52-storey, 262-metre-tall skyscraper is redefining the Manhattan skyline. Developed by Five Points Development Group and designed by international studios Meganom and Norm Architects, the tower, designated as the tallest residential tower in Manhattan, represents the most exclusive, forward-thinking, and futuristic project undertaken in recent years, blending engineering innovation and timeless elegance into a single vision.

Exclusivity is the building’s true hallmark: it features only 26 residences, each occupying either an entire floor or two floors in the case of duplex units. Consequently, the perimeter of every home is lined with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook spectacular city views. The architecture maximises natural light and space through generous ceiling heights, while privacy is guaranteed by the exclusive, single-owner floor plans.

What also makes the tower unique is its profound commitment to sustainability, ensured by the technology applied and the materials used, which coexist in perfect harmony with the artisanal excellence of "Made in Italy", notably the natural stone and oak wood used for the interiors. Conceived according to the rigorous standards of the Passive House, the building combines high-performance capabilities with bespoke, tailored finishes. Particular attention was dedicated to the bathrooms and kitchens, for which CEADESIGN faucets from the GIOTTO, GRADI, and MILO360 collections were selected. The satin-finish stainless steel, which integrates seamlessly with Grigio Alpi marble, highlights the use of AISI 316L steel - a premium material that fully embodies the project's philosophy: eco-friendly, highly hygienic, and totally recyclable.

The final result is a "turnkey" living experience of unparalleled quality. Much more than a simple metropolitan apartment, each unit offers the volume, warmth, and individuality of a private home, set at the highest and most panoramic point on Fifth Avenue.
