With this renovation project, Archi+ has sought to pay tribute to the historical significance of a residence originally conceived by architect Alberto La Ferla. Following the design approach of the Maltese architect, the new design blends elements of tradition with contemporary styles. From the historic façade to the modernized interior, every detail creates a space that narrates a fascinating architectural story.

The design embraces an open and adaptable layout, allowing the home to grow with the family while requiring minimal structural alterations. By thoughtfully selecting materials, colour palettes, and spatial arrangements, the design not only accentuates key elements but also does so in a way that feels inviting and harmonious, ensuring a sensory experience that is both enriching and balanced.

The project embraced sustainability and reuse in the interiors, incorporating custom-made furniture that integrates seamlessly into the space. The soft, curved lines, both in the furniture and in the architecture, create a strong contrast between the past and the modern.

Vibrant and colourful bathrooms host a wide range of CEADESIGN taps from the GIOTTO, OPUS and MILO360 collections in the exclusive Black Diamond and Bronze special finishes.
