A treasure of details

With three floors and a unique view of New York, this Soho apartment designed by Studio Razavi is a jewel in the metropolis. With the aim of creating a familiar environment for people to live and feel each other, the original spaces have been completely transformed, sacrificing a few square meters to create connection between the different floors. The facades have been modified to obtain large luminous windows, while the last floor gives access to the verdant terraces.

In the centre of the triplex, a large bronze spiral staircase serves as the common thread. The covered fireplaces, curved corners and warm-tone plastered walls create a sense of softness, which together with the oak floors, marble, glass and precious fabrics offer different sensations at any time of day. Custom-made furniture blends with a refined selection of international design icons throughout the apartment where art is protagonist.

In the kitchen, the floor made of porphyry slabs mismatched to the oak parquet, and the walls in dark grey stone, give personality and liveliness to the environment, where CEADESIGN faucet in satin finish is inserted. The same characteristics are seen in the dining room, as further proof of the attention to detail that was put into this project.

The delicate tones of the main bathroom, entirely covered in travertine, create a perfect combination with the taps of the ZIQQ and GIOTTO collections in Bronze satin finish. This carefully chosen color palette is in complete harmony with the all spaces of the apartment.
