Restaurant
REBELLE
Michelin-starred minimalism
Belgium - Marke
In the heart of a quiet streetscape in Marke, Restaurant Rebelle emerges from the careful union of two former
workers’ houses, reimagined as a singular, Michelinstarred destination. The restaurant is located in the oldest
building in the town, where clean lines, soft tones and matte concrete floors compose a coherent architectural narrative, defined by clarity, proportion and spatial rhythm.

Even the bathrooms follow the same principle: the elegance of CEA stainless steel taps in the satin Light Gold finish becomes an expression of identity, pure design and meticulous attention to detail.
